Doreen Learned has joined the CAPE community as the Director of Operations. She is married and the mother of two. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Adelphi University and has attended Marymount University School of Business. She is a native New Yorker and has been a resident of Camarillo for the past 12 years. She has experience in managing California state grant programs. She has also been involved with development, training and implementation of special projects for local non-profit organizations. She has held numerous Executive Board positions and is very active in Ventura County’s educational community.
